My Journey

2023 was a very busy year for me. I allowed stress, work and excuses get the best of me. The day I took this pic on the left I knew I needed to get myself together. I found myself becoming an example of what someone shouldn't be.

 

So I began my journey when I got back from my work trip. It took time to figure out my goals, and then map it out. I knew if the plan was too drastic it would increase the likelihood of failure, so I kept it simple.

 

Each day I'd begin with a good choice. Follow that good choice up with another good choice, and then select the next good choice after that. Eventually, I was able to develop a sustainable habit that helped keep me focused for months. I didn't feel stressed or pressured throughout the process.

 

My journey over the last 4/5 months helped me develop the Bootcamp Bandit Program. The principles, guidelines and accountability can definitely help  people who find themselves in same position.

 

I didn't have to eat crazy tasteless or restrictive foods to find success over the 5 month process. I was still able to eat pizza, ice cream, bread, cupcakes, etc, however I had to tweak how much, and when. The key was balance.

 

I still have another 15-20lbs to go, so the marathon continues.

 

I have 2 businesses, a 9-5, plus 2 kids and was able to find success. I didn't have the time in my day, so I MADE time. If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!

 

No gimmicks, no medication, no tricks, just consistency and accountability through habit building.
