GRIND

Strength. Core. Cardio. 60min classes to help build a strong body.  HIIT passed class with daily strength focuses. You will use barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells developing a range of skills and techniques.  

METCON

Barbell Basics techniques build a strong body, with the ability to transition into more advanced stages. This includes a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of skill, from beginner to advanced. 

YOGA

Yoga for all levels.

 

After a week of lifting and strenuous activity give back to your body. Come and experience a 60min yoga session with our very own Coach Kristen.

XTREME STEP

High energy class, perfect for getting you to move. This 60min instructional class is a mixture of step, and dance. Great music, great people, and a great time.
